Simply drop off your laundry at The MAT and we'll wash, dry, fold, and neatly package everything for you. Once your order is complete, you'll receive a notification that it's ready for pickup.

Our standard turnaround time is within 24 hours. Need it sooner? Ask one of our Laundry Experts about expedited service options (subject to availability).

Orders can be dropped off until 10:30 PM daily. Orders received after 8:30 PM will begin processing the following morning.

Yes! We'll keep you informed throughout the process and notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Every standard order includes a warm water wash, Premium Ex + OXI for colors, Clorox bleach for whites, degreaser for heavily soiled laundry when needed, high-heat drying, professional folding, and neatly bagged laundry.

MAT Club orders are processed ahead of non-member orders whenever possible, especially during busy periods. This helps ensure faster, more predictable turnaround times.

Yes. Whites are washed and dried separately. Colors, including black clothing, are washed and dried together. Additional separation is available for an additional machine charge.

Yes. Warm water is our standard. If you request cold or hot water, we recommend checking garment care labels first. The MAT is not responsible for damage resulting from customer-requested wash temperatures.

Yes. Premium detergents, Free & Clear detergent, Gain detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets are available for an additional charge.

Yes. Baby clothes, delicates, uniforms, gym clothes, and other garments can be washed separately for an additional machine charge.

No. Comforters, oversized blankets, rugs, pillows, curtains, and shoes are cleaned separately and priced per item.

Your clothing is professionally folded, household items are bagged separately when appropriate, and each bag is labeled for easy identification.

We make every effort to inspect garments, but customers are responsible for checking all pockets before drop-off. The MAT is not responsible for personal items left inside garments.

Yes. We use a degreaser when needed. While we do our best to remove stains, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
