What is the MAT Club?
The MAT Club is a monthly Wash & Fold membership designed to save you time while ensuring your laundry is done right, every time. Members receive discounted pricing, priority processing, and consistent care with laundry preferences saved on file.
How does the monthly membership work?
You choose a membership tier that includes a set number of Wash & Fold pounds per month. Your membership renews automatically each month, making laundry simple and predictable.
Do unused pounds roll over to the next month?
No. Unused pounds do not roll over and have no cash value. Each month starts fresh with your full allotment.
What happens if I go over my monthly pounds?
If your order exceeds your monthly allowance, we will always contact you before processing to review the overage and get your approval.
MAT 60–140: additional pounds are billed at $1.50 per pound
MAT 160: additional pounds are billed at $1.10 per pound
Will I be notified before any additional charges?
Yes. We never process overages without your approval. Transparency and trust are part of the MAT experience.
What does “priority processing” mean?
MAT Club orders are processed ahead of non-member orders whenever possible, especially during busy periods. This helps ensure faster, more predictable turnaround times.
What are saved laundry preferences?
We keep your laundry preferences on file—such as detergent choice, scent-free options, folding style, and special care instructions—so your laundry is done the same way every time, without needing to re-explain.
You can update your preferences at any time by letting one of our Laundry Experts know.
Are products and service modifiers discounted for members?
Yes. MAT Club members receive 10% off eligible products and service modifiers while their membership is active.
Are credit card fees, taxes, or tips included in the membership price?
No. Membership pricing does not include credit card processing fees, applicable taxes, or employee tips.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. You may cancel your MAT Club membership at any time. The MAT Club is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for used or unused pounds.
