FAQs

  • What is the Pick-Up & Delivery service?

    Our Pick-Up & Delivery service allows customers to have their laundry picked up from their home and returned clean, folded, and ready to put away—without visiting the store.

  • What areas do you service?

    Pick-Up & Delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of the MAT location. 

  • How long does it take?

    All Pick-Up & Delivery orders have a standard 24-hour turnaround unless same-day service is selected and approved.

  • When is same-day service available?

    Same-day service depends on order volume and availability. Orders placed after 1:00 PM may not qualify.

  • When do I pay?

    Final pricing is calculated after your laundry is received and weighed. You will receive a payment request and once processed your order can be scheduled for pick up to be delivered back to you.

  • Who delivers my laundry?

    The MAT partners with third-party courier services for Pick-Up & Delivery.

  • What if something is lost or damaged?

    Any issues with your pick up and delivery services must be reported within 5 days of order completion so we can file a claim with the courier provider on your behalf.

  • Are there any additional costs for pick up and delivery?

    Pick up and delivery fees range from 8.00 to 30.00 each way depending on your location.
